How do I check all the ingredients of a product?

It is listed on their label on the back of the product.

Can I purchase a product from the website?

You can only buy at Seven-Eleven stores.

Is it possible to return & exchange?

It can be used only for unused items, and it can be returned and exchanged within 30 days after purchase.

How can I determine exact expiration date for my cosmetics?

Generally speaking, you can keep your cosmetics unopened up to 30 months but best to use it within 6 months ~ 1 year after opening. We recommend you to avoid keeping it in a place where it is exposed to high temperature, low temperature and direct sunlight, even if there is a usage period remaining.

What are possible consequences of expired cosmetics using?

In the best case, expired cosmetics just stop doing what it should do; it can change its appearance, smell and color, or

become sticky or oily. In the worst case, expired cosmetics can result in skin irritation, dermatitis, allergic reactions and infection.
